As part of the certification and license agreement, certified STRΞTCH.ers and STRΞTCH. Centers are listed with their name, company name, location, website, and email address on the STRΞTCH.ers directory page on our website. This concerns business contact details that are shown so that consumers can find a certified STRΞTCH.er or STRΞTCH. Center near them.

This data remains visible for as long as the certification and license are active. If you would like your listing adjusted or removed, you can contact us using the details at the bottom of this document.

How do we use your data?

Stretch. IP B.V. may use your data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and maintaining our Service, as well as monitoring the use of our Service.
  • Reviewing and processing applications for trainings, certification, and partnerships.
  • To contact you. Stretch. IP B.V. will contact you exclusively by email in connection with features, products, services, or security updates when necessary or reasonable.
  • For other purposes, such as data analysis to identify usage trends and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, and services.

  • With Lovable.dev and Supabase, as technical processors that provide the website infrastructure and data storage. See the section ‘Processors and storage of data’ for more information.

Processors and storage of data

This means that data processing takes place entirely within the European Economic Area (EEA) and therefore complies with the requirements of the GDPR. Under the GDPR, the following applies:

  • Stretch. IP B.V. is the data controller: we determine the purpose and means of the data processing.
  • Supabase (via Lovable Cloud) acts as a data processor: it processes data solely on our instructions and may not use it for its own purposes.

Newsletter via Substack

Our website features a button that allows you to sign up for our newsletter. This sign-up is handled entirely through the external platform Substack. When you click the button and sign up, you leave our website and become subject to Substack's privacy policy. Stretch. IP B.V. has no access to or control over the data Substack collects during the sign-up process.
