The most important agreements from our General Terms and Conditions, short and clear. In case of doubt, the full terms and conditions always apply.

Courses & certification

  • Your certificate is personal and remains valid indefinitely
  • A licence lasts 1 year and renews automatically
  • Started another course within a year? Your licence renews for free
  • We always notify you of a renewal 2 months in advance

Licence & brand use

  • No active licence means no use of the STRΞTCH. brand
  • No active licence also means no listing on the website
  • Materials and methodology belong to STRΞTCH.: no copying or reselling
  • STRΞTCH. Centers get exclusivity in their postcode area

Signing up & cancelling

  • Your registration is only final after full payment
  • Cancelling more than 1 month in advance: full refund, minus € 25
  • 2 to 4 weeks in advance: 50% refund
  • Less than 2 weeks in advance: no refund
  • You can send a replacement free of charge at any time

Health & responsibility

  • Always report health complaints in advance
  • Participation and applying the techniques is at your own risk
  • STRΞTCH. is not a medical service
  • STRΞTCH.ers do not diagnose and do not give medical advice

As a STRΞTCH.er or STRΞTCH. Center

  • You work independently, not as an employee of Stretch. IP B.V.
  • Arrange your own appropriate (professional) liability insurance
  • You are responsible for safe execution with your clients
  • STRΞTCH. may periodically review your approach (audit)

Photography & video

  • Photos and videos may be taken during courses
  • This is for training purposes and marketing
  • Rather not appear in marketing material? Say so directly during filming
