How Level 2 is built up.
Theory up front
You study the advanced theory independently: session structure, variation and programming across 60 minutes. The theory exam must be passed before the practical days start.
Practical training: 2 days
2 practical days from 09:00–17:00, in one weekend. You learn to combine and extend the Level 1 techniques into a complete 60-minute session.
Independent practice
Between the practical moments you practise independently to master the full session structure and build experience with longer sessions.
Practical exam
The practical exam takes place on a separate date. Once theory and practice are passed, Level 2 is complete and certification follows.
60 hours, spread over 2 months.
Theory, 2 practical days, independent practice and the exams: together the complete study load.

After Level 2 and certification you can independently deliver and offer the complete PowerSTRΞTCH. session. You build tailored sessions and take your guidance further than in Level 1.
